RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 26,
2005 made and executed by Chet Erickson and Bethany Erickson, Husband and Wife
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $20,000.00 which mortgage was re-
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of August 2005 , in book 594 PR of Mortgages, at Page 259
as document # 910866 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, saûsfied, released, and
~ischarged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
~e said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
~rtgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this .dfL day of
