RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 29th day of March, 2007, made and executed by GW Investment Group LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, as Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$290,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 6th day of April, 2007, in Book 653 of Mortgages, at page 634, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
