SHERIFF'S DEED,

I, Shane Johnson, duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Bank of Star Valley, its heirs,
successors and assigns, in consideration of the sum paid as high bidders at a
mortgage foreclosure sale held on August 14, 2007, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of
that certain mortgage recorded at Reception No. 926388 in Book 647 at Page
426 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, with Bank of Star valley as
mortgagee and Phil Lason as mortgagor, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale
recorded in Book 669 on Page 465 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
and with the expiration of three (3) months and thirty (30) days from the date of
said sale, without the property being redeemed as provided by law, the following
described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and hold
forever, to wit:
LOT 203 OF KEMMERER INDUSTRIAL PARK NO.1, SECOND
FILING ADDITION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON AUGUST 18,
2004, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 902048 OF THE RECORDS OF THE
LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.
