AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE
I, Frank T. Lee, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law, upon my
oath, depose and state:
1. That I am of adult age, a resident of Longmont, Colorado, and tbe
Affiant herein.
2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the ofi1ce of the
County Clerk for LincolD County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer.
Wyoming In Book 351_PR on page ...§lL is recorded a 'Quitclaim
Deed. The QuHclaiIDDeed . dated the ~d day of
June, 19"94 , ' , conveys unto Lorraine D. Lee and Frank T. Lee
as ¡Joint Tenants and not. as Tenants in common; AND , in Book 425PR on
page 628 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The Warranty Deed dated the 4th day
of Feb,ruax:y J. t 2.99__ ¢onvevs unto Lorraine D. Lee and Frank T. Lee as Joint ~-é'
Tenants, the property described on attached '-lWHIBIT A".

4. Th at by reason of death of said Lorraine D. Lee and by reason of 2-9-102
W.S. (1980), the decedents interest and title in said conveyance has
terminated and title to tbe real property conveyed thereby has vested
absolutely in Frank T. Lee continuously since the death oC tbe said
decedent.

Parcel number sixty-three (63), in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
surveyed, platted and recorded;
said Parcel being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point North 805' West, 1617 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 23;
thence South Sr14' East, 28S feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way for United States
Highway Number 30N;
thence Southerly along said right-of-way 248 feet; OOOG6S
thence North 76°34' West, 88.3 feet;
thence South 49°17' West, 124.S feet;
thence North 40°43' West, 212.8 feet;

to an aluminum cap set at corner No.3 thereof;
