said Parcel being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Begilining at a point North 8°5' Welt, 1617 feet from the Southeast corDer of said Section 23;
thence South 52°14' East, ~85 feet to a point on the westerly right~of.way for United States
Highway Number 30N;
thence Southerly along said rJght~f-way 248 feet;
thence North 76°34' West, 88.3 feet;
