in hand paid,

acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ALBERT J. CAROLLO and
KATHLEEN S. CAROLLO, husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is
913 Park Drive, Kermnerer, Wyoming 83101, in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, to-wit:

Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of Kermnerer, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 9 at a pin
cormnon to Lot 9, Lot 8, and 9th West Ave; thence North
121.22 feet to the true point of beginning; thence West
130.00 feet; thence North 18.00 feet; thence East 130.00
feet; thence South 18.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
