GRANT OF EASEMENT

LLOYD S. HEINER REVOCABLE TRUST, grantor ofthe County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR
TEiEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benþfit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
I. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and to construct, operate, repair,
maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground or exposed
telecommunication facilities, and included as necessary and reasonable
rights of ingress and egress to accomplish said operation, maintenance,
repair, relocation and replacement. The grantee may trim or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions that pose a threat of damage
to the utilities.
Description of Easement. A 20' utility easement centered on the line
described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the
Northwest y.¡ of the Northwest y.¡ of Section 3, T33N, R118W, thence:
N3°49'15"W 31.75' to the True Pòint of Beginning, thence:
N88°52'14"W 779.40', thence: N89°47'35"W 264.24', thence:
N89°19'52"W 744.33', thence: N87°32'30"W 258.78', thence:
N76°19'57"W 227.44', thence: N72°37'04"W 350.64', thence:
S88°56'28"W 123.81', thence: S82°57'03"W 57.28'. See exhibit "A".
2. Binding Effect. The tenus and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
