Parkin Living Trust, dated April 20, 1990 (hereinafter "Trust"); and, WHEREAS, the Trust is the record owner of certain real property, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 335 feet North ofthe corner common to Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence North 90° East, a distance of 228.8 feet; thence North 4° West, a distance of 488 feet; thence North 90° West, a distance of 1517 feet; thence South 0° East, a distance of 487 feet; thence south 90° East, a distance of 1320 feet to the point of beginning. AND Beginning at a point which is 822 feet North of the corner common to Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence North 90° East a distance of 197 feet; thence North 4° West a distance of 127.5 feet; thence South 80°15' West a distance of 735 feet; thence North 90° East a distance 532 feet to the point of beginning. ,.;;/¡ ,,..'" LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded August 9, 1979 in Book 158 PR on page 470 in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. WHEREAS, the Trust is ready to be fully administered and the property subject to the Trust distributed to the beneficiaries named in the trust. NOW, THEREFORE, Michaela R. Kaumo, Pamela A. Anderson and Paul 1. Taucher, Co-Trustees of the RAYMOND M. PARKIN LIVING TRUST, dated April 20, 1990, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars and No/l 00 Dollars, and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Michaela R. Kaumo, a married person, as her sole and separate property, Pamela A. Anderson, Trustee of the PAMELA A. ANDERSON LIVING TRUST, dated March 26, 1998, and any amendments thereto, and Paul 1. Taucher, a married person as his sole and separate property, GRANTEES, as Tenants in Common, whose mailing address for tax purposes is 1401 Edgar Street, Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, State of Wyoming, all of their interest in the following described real property, situate in the County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Beginning at a point which is 335 feet North ofthe corner common to Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence North 90° East, a distance of 228.8 feet; thence North 4° West, a distance of 488 feet; thence North 90° West, a distance of 1517 feet; thence South 0° East, a distance of 487 feet; thence south 90° East, a distance of 1320 feet to the point of beginning.
