KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Alan R. Haderlie and Valerie Jean
WARRANTY DEED
Haderlie, husband and wife, Grantors, of PO Box 373, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to TIMOTHY
A. ALLRED and CYNTHIA H. ALLRED, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 77, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 6 of the Haderlie Third Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as Plat No. 228-A
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all covenants, conditions, exceptions,
easements, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-way, of sight or record.
