and Sonya H. Chonczynski Revocable Trust dated the 2nd day of October, 2003,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to McCool Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability
company, GRANTEE, whose mailing address is 3800 Pony Drive, Wilson, Wyoming
83014, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Together with and including all oil, gas, and other minerals and mineral
rights appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantor, if any, and all

belonging. Subject to taxes and all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
