consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any
covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and
assigns, to, Rickie Del Warren and Frances Warren, husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is
