Gene White Warren also known as Gene Warren and Michelle Warren, husband and wife,
Grantors, whose address is 4564 County Road 125, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any
covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and
assigns, to, Lance W. Bateman and Becky Bateman, husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is
532 Forest Road, Etna, Wyoming 83118, all of Grantors , right, title and interest, ifany, in and to that
certain parcel ofland situated in the County of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
