Nathan Christensen, Senior Vice President ANB Financial, N.A. Idaho Falls, ill,
grantor, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, grant and convey to
Ernest A. Thornock and Karen Thornock, husband and wife, of 1403 Pine Creek
Road, PO Box 5, Cokeville, Lincoln County, Wyoming 83114, grantee,
The following described non-exclusive, perpetual right-of-way easement for the
following purposes:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a
perpetual non-exclusive 60 foot wide right-of-way easement for unrestricted
ingress and egress.
2. Property Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit of the
real property of the grantee in Lincoln County, Wyoming known as the
Gravel Pit Road accessing the Poison Creek Ranch lying westerly of
Cokeville, WY.
3. Description of Easement. See attached exhibit "A".

4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit Jason Thornock and Tracy Thornock, husband
and wife of 115 Dayton Drive, PO Box 161, Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming 83114.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands as of the 7th day of
