KNOW ALL MEN BY TIIESE PRESENTS, that DANNY L. BUDGE AND
EVELYN JANE BUDGE, husband and wife, ("Grantors") for and in consideration of the
sum of$IO.OO and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and quitclaim unto
ORIN JAMES BUDGE, Trustee of the Orin James Budge Revocable Trust
Agreement dated January 6, 2000, and BONNIE ELIZABETH BUDGE, Trustee
of the Bonnie Elizabeth Budge Revocable Trust Agreement dated January
6,2000 .
any and all right, title, and interest, they may have or ought to have in the real property
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming more tidly described as:

Royal Meadows Subdivision

Lincoln County, Wyoming
This deed is an absolute conveyance of any interest the Gmntors may have or hereafter have in the subject
property by virtue and in full satisfaction of all obligations secw-ed by the Agreement for Sale ofRea1
Property executed by Orin Budge and Bonnie Budge, husband and wife as Seller, and Danny L. Budge and
Evelyn Jane Budge, husband and wife, as Buyers, said Agreement dated January I, 2006 and Notice of
Agreement dated January I, 2006 and recorded in Book , page in the office of the C01Wty
Clerk for Teton County, Wyoming.
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
law of the State of Wyoming.
