Crossing a portion of Ida Peternal Trust Property
Section 32, Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6TH PM,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
A strip of land 30 feet wide across a portion of Section 3 2, Township 20 North, Range 112 West,
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being 15 feet each side, measured at right angles from the following
described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing 4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, said
point bears North 39°7'33" West a distance of 1412.0 feet from the East quarter corner of said Section
32;
Thence South 48°1'29" East a distance of 93.4 feet;
Thence South 26° 1 0'49" East a distance of 318.8 feet;
Thence South 4°43'6" East a distance of 461.3 feet;
Thence South 25°36'47" East a distance of 191.6 feet;
Thence South 36°42'43" East a distance of 151.1 feet to the end of the line at a point located in
the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 32: said point bears North 9°34'59" West a
distance of2674.6 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 32.
The length of the above describes survey line is 1216.2 feet, or 73.709 rods, or 0.230 miles.
