AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
STATE OF WYOMING
COUNTY OF LINCOLN
Betty B. Frome, of PO Box 969, Afton, WY 83110, and upon her oath deposes and says:
1. That TED C. FROME, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of Certificate of
Death, is the same person as TED C. FROME named as one of the grantees in that certain
Warranty Deed dated the 18th day of February, 1960, executed by Roy Christopherson, a single
man, grantor, and recorded May 8, 1962, as Instrument No. 368176 in Book 54 PR, page 238, of
the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit
Tract 1: 9.14 acres
Lot 3 of the Fairgrounds Annexation to the Town of Afton, according to Plat 233-
B filed in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming, also
described as Lot 3 of the Ted Frome Addition to the Town of Afton according to
Plat 163-B on file in the same office.
Tract 2: Motel property
Beginning at a point which is 55 rods North of the Southwest Corner of the
NW1/4 of Section 31, T32N, R118W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
South 330 feet, thence East 400 feet, thence North 330 feet, thence West 400
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Tract 3: Hiahwav 89 Tract
See Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Betty B. Frome, named as one
of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she and TED C. FROME were
husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed described
above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of TED C. FROME, named in said
conveyance, the undersigned, Betty B. Frome, became on March 20, 2007, the date of the death of
the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of TED C.

FROME, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.
2. That TED C. FROME, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of Certificate of
Death, is the same person as TED C. FROME named as one of the grantees in that certain
Warranty Deed dated the 28th day of August, 1959, executed by Gerald Allred and Juanita Allred,
husband and wife, grantors, and recorded September 11, 1959, as Instrument No. 348926 in Book
38 PR, page 518, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 362.5 feet East of the NE Corner of Block 26 in the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 380 feet, more or
less, to the NE Corner of Block 25, Town of Afton, Wyoming, thence South 660
feet, more or less, to the SE Corner of said Block 25, thence West 423 feet,
more or less, thence N6°40'E, 665 feet to the point of beginning, together with all
water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, and all improvements.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Betty B. Frome, named as one
of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she and TED C. FROME were
husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed described
above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of TED C. FROME, named in said
conveyance, the undersigned, Betty B. Frome, became on March 20, 2007, the date of the death of
the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of TED C.
FROME, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.
