Tract 2: Motel property Beginning at a point which is 55 rods North of the Southwest Corner of the NW1/4 of Section 31, T32N, R118W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South 330 feet, thence East 400 feet, thence North 330 feet, thence West 400 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Tract 3: Highwav 89 Tract See Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference. Residence Beginning at a point 362.5 feet East of the NE Corner of Block 26 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 380 feet, more or less, to the NE Corner of Block 25, Town of Afton, Wyoming, thence South 660 feet, more or less, to the SE Corner of said Block 25, thence West 423 feet, more or less, thence N6°40'E, 665 feet to the point of beginning, together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, and all improvements. Frome and Betty B. Frome, Trustees of the Ted C. Frome and Betty B. Frome Revocable Trust dated June 14, 1993. The beneficiary of this trust is Betty B. Frome. 3. That her name and address is Betty B. Frome, PO Box 969, Afton, WY 83110. 4. That she is a co-trustee and beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Ted C. Frome became deceased on March 20, 2007, that upon the death of Ted C. Frome, she became the sole surviving trustee under the Ted C. Frome and Betty B. Frome Revocable Trust dated June 14, 1993. 5. That as of March 20, 2007, the date of death of Ted C. Frome, Betty B. Frome became the sole surviving trustee under the Ted C. Frome and Betty B. Frome Revocable Trust dated June 14, 1993, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that capacity. 6.
