KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Betty B. Frome, a single person, of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims
unto Betty B. Frome as Trustee of the Ted C. Frome and Betty B Frome Revocable Trust
dated June 14, 1993, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 969, Afton,
WY 83110), forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as she
has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
Tract 2: Motel property
Beginning at a point which is 55 rods North of the Southwest Corner of the
NW1/4 of Section 31, T32N, R118W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
South 330 feet, thence East 400 feet, thence North 330 feet, thence West 400
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Tract 3: Hiç¡hway 89 Tract
See Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
Residence
Beginning at a point 362.5 feet East of the NE Corner of Block 26 in the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 380 feet, more or
less, to the NE Corner of Block 25, Town of Afton, Wyoming, thence South 660
feet, more or less, to the SE Corner of said Block 25, thence West 423 feet,
more or less, thence N6°40'E, 665 feet to the point of beginning, together with all
water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, and all improvements.
