good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:

That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 36 North, Range
119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to amend and more correctly describe Tract 6
of the Stewart Creek Tracts as said Tract 6 is depicted on an unfilled plat titled "PROPERTY PLAT
STEWART CREEK TRACTS", dated July -August 1973 and prepared by Ivan L. Call, PE/Ls 274, and
described in that deed of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 118 of
Photostatic Records on Page 14, as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with
the Westerly extension of the line common to said Tract 6 and Tract 4 of said Stewart C reek Tracts,
South 00°06'53" East, 647.37 feet, from the northwest corner of said Northeast quarter of the
Southwest Quarter; thence South 89°08'48" East, 2.10 feet, along said extension, to the original rebar
common to said Tract 4 and said Tract 6; thence continuing South 89°08'48" East, 599.36 feet, along
said common line, to a southeast point of said Tract 4 on the South right -of-way line of Ellis Road as
depicted on said plat; thence continuing South 89°08'48" East, 59.94 feet, along the north line of said
Tract 6 and said Southerly right-of-way line, to the point common to said Tract 6 and Tract 5 of said
Stewart Creek Tracts; thence South 00°07' 34" East, 661.13 feet, along the line common to said Tract 5
and said Tract 6, to the point common to said Tract 5 and said Tract 6; thence North 89008'48" West,
657.88 feet, along the South line common to said Tract 6, to the original Southwest rebar of said Tract
6; thence continuing, North 89°08'48" West, 3.65 feet, along a westerly extension of said South line, to
a point on the West line of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 00°06'53"
West, 661.13, along said West line, to the point of beginning.
The base bearing for this survey is the east line of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 36
North, Range 119 West, being North 00°00'00" east; together with a right of ingress and egress and
utilities over, under and across Ellis Road; each "corner found as described in the Corner Record filed
or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County; each "point" and "intersection" marked by a
5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD
AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details; each "rebar" marked by a Y2" steel reinforcing rod or
a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod; all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County titled, "Perry G. Clark and Barbara Clark Plat of Stewart Creek Tracts -
amended within the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 23 Township 36 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County Wyoming",
dated 6 September 2002.
