PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January
30,2003, made and executed by Kim Burton, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as
mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $149,044.14, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 5th day of February
2003, in book 511 PR of Mortgages, at Page 832 as document # 887474 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SCHEDULE C ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE APART
HEREOF. "
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
