tract ofland in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
The South half(30) feet of the Lot Numbered Three (3) and all ofthe Lot Numbered
Four (4) (60 feet) of the Block Numbered Sixteen (16) of the Original Town of
Cokeville, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, together with all improvements and
appurtenances thereon or in anywise appertaining thereto.
