KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Mike J. Smuin a single man (Trustor) made, executed and
delivered on the 7th day of June, 2007 to Celtic Bank Corporation (Trustee and
Beneficiary), a Deed of Trust which was recorded on the 26th day of June, 2007 in the
office of the recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Entry No. 930698, in Book 663, at
Page(s) 000550-000555 covering the following described real property:
APPROXIMATELY THE NORTHERLY NINETY EIGHT (98) FEET OF LOT SIX (6) BLOCK FORTY (40) FIRST
ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, AND THE WESTERLY FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK
FORTY (40) FIRST ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE TO A POINT
NINETY EIGHT (98) FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE, PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY

NOW, THEREFORE, Celtic Bank Corporation, as Trustee, does hereby grant,
release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the estate and
interest derived to it, by or through said Deed of Trust in the above described lands and
premises, together with the appurtenances.
