ROCKY MOUNTAIN BANK, Grantor, for and in consideration ofTen and
No/lOO Dollars ($10.00) and for other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MATTHEW
GEORGE VICKERY, whose address is 1402 Coulson Ave., Kemmerer, WY 83101, and
M. BLAINE THOMAN, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 397, La Barge, WY
83123, as joint tenants with right of survivorship the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemptions laws of the State, to-wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31 VIOLA SUBDIVISION PHASE NO.1,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF KNOWN AS 43 BIG SPRING
DRIVE, LABARGE, WY.
Together with any improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances and
incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject,
however, to all mining, mineral and other encumbrances, reservations, conditions and
rights of way of record.
