KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January
19, 2007, made and executed by Michael Hunsaker and Michelle Hunsaker, Husband and
Wife, mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $40,863.00, which mortgage
was re-recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, State of Wyoming, on the 05th day of
March, 2007, in bookH 650, of Mortgages, at Pagel 190 as document # 927345 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this elf day of
