KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that FREDERICK R.
WOHRMAN, a married person, 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, who was
incorrectly identified as "Fredrick R. Wohrman" in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 21, 2006 in Book 641 at Page 47 as
Receiving No. 924681, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to STAR VALLEY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, c/o 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 5 of Star Valley Apartments, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat filed August 12, 2004 as Instrument No. 901938 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto,
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

I, SANDRA E. WOHRMAN, hereby waive and release all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
