Wohrman" in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the hi land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 21, 2006 in Book 641 at Pages 48 through 50 as Receiving No. 924682, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to LOWER VALLEY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, c/o 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
