JUDGMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH VERDICT
The above-entitled matter came on regularly for trial on April 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 2007;
and, Plaintiff Edward Sauernman appeared personally and with his attorneys, Marv Tyler of Buss art,
West & Tyler, P.C., and Peter R. Tolley of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C.; and Defendant
A viat Aircraft, Inc., appeared through its representative, Stuart Horn, and with its attorneys, 1. Kent
Rutledge and James C. Kaste of Lathrop & Rutledge, P .C.; and, the parties indicated their readiness
for trial; and, thereon a Jury of six persons was duly empaneled and sworn; and, Plaintiffs claims
against Defendant and Defendant's Counter-Claim against Plaintiff for reimbursement of certain
"advances" were submitted to the jury; and, and the case was tried; and, at the close of all the
evidence and after the arguments of counsel for the parties, all issues, other than those pertaining to
Defendant's alleged damages to Defendant's Monocoupe aircraft were submitted to the Jury; and,
the Jury retired to consider its Verdict on April 23, 2007; and, the Jury returned into open Court with
its Verdict, which was received by the Court and signed; and, the Verdict was as follows:
"We, the jury, hereby present our answers to the questions submitted by the Court.
to which we have all agreed:
1. Did Aviat Aircraft, Inc,. and Edward Saurenman enter into a
contract which required Aviat Aircraft, Inc., to pay Edward
Saurenman a commission on the sale of all new products Edward
Saurenman designed and on all products that were redesigned under
Mr. Saurenman's direction?

NOW, THEREFORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID VERDICT OF THE JURY, IT IS
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff Edward Sauernman shall have and recover
judgment from and against Defendant, Aviat Aircraft, Inc., in the total sum of$65,123.25, together
with ownership of the Suhkoi SU-26 aircraft, United States Registration Number N214Y A, serial
number 03-03, free of any liens or encumbrances, and together with PlaiooffR allowable costs of this
