RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE ü0021.0 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Susan Bateman Worton, Trustee of the Marlow and Susan Bateman Family Trust dated December 20, 1996, of Auburn, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, as mortgagee, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 19, 2003, made and executed by Marianne Schmitt Hellauer, Trustee of the Mortensen Family Trust dated September 19, 2000, and Lance Mortensen and Lori Mortensen, husband and wife, as mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $201,600.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 29,2004, in Book 550 P.R., Page 910, Recording Number 898109, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: All lands described in said mortgage. is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor, Marianne Schmitt Hellauer, Trustee of the Mortensen Family Trust dated September 19, 2000, and Lance Mortensen and Lori Mortensen, husband anp wife, the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
