KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that A. VERDEAN JENSEN and
VERNA R. JENSEN, husband and wife, 110 East Twin Cliffs, Afton, Wyoming 83110, and A.
VERDEAN JENSEN and VERNA R. JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Jensen Family Trust dated
July 18, 2002, 110 East Twin Cliffs, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to A.
VERDEAN JENSEN and VERNA R. JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Jensen Family Trust dated
July 18, 2002, 110 East Twin Cliffs, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their successors
and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See the legal description attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.

This Corrective Warranty Deed corrects the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 6, 2002 in Book 498 PR at Pages 498 and
499 as Instrument No. 883823, by properly defining the Trust and by correctly describing the
property.

described as follows:
A portion of the Property recorded with the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 404PR, on Page
704 with the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, of Section 1, Township 32 North,
Range 119 West, of the 61h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set marking a point in the South line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, said point being 172.21 feet, North 89°44'30" East, along
said South line from the Cotton Gin Spike set marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2002
location for the Southwest Corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence North 0°38'23" East 441.81 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set;
thence North 89°43'19" East, 492.95 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set;
