Crossing a portion of Western Wyoming Range Property
Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 112 West, 6TH PM,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
A strip ofland 30 feet wide across a portion of Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 112 West,
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being 15 feet each side, measured at right angles from the following
described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing 4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, said
point bears North 10d28'30" East a distance of 2380.1 feet :trom the Southwest corner of said Section 7;
Thence North Ild57'48" West a distance of235.0 feet;
Thence North 59d11'3 " West a distance of 96.5 feet to the end of the line at a point located in the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7: said point bears South 86d2'37" East a
distance of31O.3 feet from the West quarter corner of said Section 7.
The length ofthe above describes survey line is 331.5 feet, or 20.091 rods, or 0.063 miles.
