A strip of land 30 feet wide across a portion of Section 1 , Township 19 North, Range 113 West,
6th PM, Lincoln ComIty, Wyoming, being 15 feet each side, measured at right angles from the following
described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing 4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 1, said
point bears South 38dl7'16" West a distance of2717.2 feet from the Northeast comer of said Section 1;
Thence South 66dl7'22" East a distance of 907.2 feet;
Thence South 76dI8'24" East a distance of348.8 feet;
Thence South 51d50'42" East a distance of 123.5 feet;
Thence South 29d41'41 " West a distance of 142.1 feet;
