Mortgagee Legal Description: Lot 51 in Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1 as platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. This agreement, by and between Joe P. Musgrove and Rosemary Musgrove, husband and wife hereinafter referred to as sellers, Rodnev P. Musgrove and Susan C. Musgrove, hereinafter referred to as buyer, and Leisure Valley, Inc., hereinafter referred to as mortgagee. IT IS HEREIN AGREED AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the buyer is purchasing the above described property as of July 13, 2001 having agreed to assume the unpaid mortgage amount of $ 8,689.90. ' WHEREAS, the buyer agrees to pay all monthly installments under the terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage dated August 18, 1999, in the amount of $9,900.00 at the rate of 10 percent (10%) per annum, made and executed by Joe P. and Musgrove and Rosemary' Musgrove and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on February 24, 2000, in Book 442PR, page 033. WHEREAS, the buyer understands that payments in the amount ors 130.83 are to be made monthly until the entire mortgage balance has been paid in full. WHEREAS, the sellers hereby assign and transfer to the buyers all of their right, title and interest in the mortgage presently held by Leisure Valley, Inc. as mortgagee. WHEREAS, the mortgagee does hereby permit said assignment of mortgage and acknowledges and understands that the sellers are no longer bound under the terms of the original mortgage and note, but that the buyer alone is now liable.
