The DON AULLMAN TRUST, grantor, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and Noll 00 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to LARRY DA VID
LAWTON and IDA BETH AULLMAN LAWTON, husband and wife, grantees, of Thayne, Lincoln
County, Wyoming (mailing address: POBox 304, Thayne, WY 83127-0304), the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of the King property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with the Document Number 824648 in Book 386PR, on Page 798, with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, sai'dpoint of beginning being 124.5
feet S 89° 10' 42" E, along the South line of the SEV4SWV4 of Section 14, T 34 N, R 119
W, 6th P. M., Wyoming, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS698, 2007 location for the
Southwest Comer of said SEIf4SWIf4; thence N 0° 25' 42" W, along the East line of said
King property, 293.00 feet to the northeast comer thereof; thence S 89° 10' 42" E,
parallel with said South line, 297.00 feet; thence S 0° 25' 42" E, parallel with said East
line, 293.00 feet to a Point in said South line; thence N 89° 10' 42" W, along said South
line, 297.00 feet, to the point of beginning, Encompassing 2.00± Acres of land, together
with all improvements and water rights.
SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions, Reservations, Rights-of Way,
Improvements and Conditions of sight and/or record.
