QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Burtis L. Roberts and Teresa Roberts
aka Teresa Fletcher Roberts, husband and wife, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and
quitclaim unto Burtis L. Roberts and Teresa Roberts and their successors, Trustees, for the uses
and purposes set forth in the Burt and Teresa Roberts Family Trust between Grantors and
Trustees, dated the 1 st day of January, 2008, Burtis L. Roberts and Teresa Roberts, beneficiaries,
of PO Box 393, Freedom, WY 83120, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Beginning at a point the SE Corner described tract marked with a Survey Marker on
a 5/8" rod stamped property corner, I. L. Call, PE & LS 274, which corner is
N7°30'W, 24.75 feet from a Brass Cap Marker placed by Paul Scherbel marking the
NE Corner Dennis Haderlie Tract and described as being S6°20.5'W, 3674.84 feet
from the NE Corner Section 4, T34N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence N7°30'W, 56.25 feet; thence N4°30'E, 240 feet; thence N11°50'W,
137 feet; thence N27°0'W, 92 feet; thence N49°0'W, 101 feet; thence South 85°0'W,
125 feet; thence South 79°0'W, 55 feet; thence S79°04'W, 131.2 feet; thence
S32°40'W, 408 feet; thence S35°30'E, 346 feet; thence N81°42'E, 486.0 feet to the
point of beginning the SE Corner and containing 9.0 acres, divided 4.7 acres level
and 4.3 acres hillside land, more or less,

Beginning at a point 500 feet South from the NW Corner of the SW1/4 of Section 14,
T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 213.6
feet, thence South 611.79 feet, thence West 213.6 feet, thence North 611.79 feet to
the point of beginning (The Western edge of said plot is the centerline of U.S.
Highway 89). Plot area being 3,0 acres, more or less, together with water rights and
appurtenances.
