WARRANTY DEED

ARIL GOODRICK and HELEN GOODRICK, husband and wife, as tenants in
common, of P.O. Box 778, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantors",
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid. receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to ARIL B. GOODRICK and HELEN E. GOODRICK, Trustees, or their
successors in trust, under the GOODRICK LIVING TRUST, dated February d. 1996, and
any amendments thereto, of P.O. Box 778, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantees", the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 19 of the Blue Lake Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat recorded November 13, 1991 as Instrument No. 740865 in
the Office of the County Clerk.
Including and together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon and
thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, reservations, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of sight and record, if any.
