Legal Description
Sessions to the City of Kemmerer
Part Lot 2, Moose Hollow Subdivision
A parcel ofland being the southerly most portion of Lot 2 of the Moose Hollow
Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being part of Tract 72 ofthe resurvey of
T.2l N., R.116 W., 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said parcel being more
particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the southwesterly most comer of Lot 2 of the Moose Hollow Subdivision.
Said point of beginning also being a point on a curve to the right on the east right-of-way
boundary of Wyoming State Highway 233. This parcel boundary then proceeding
northeasterly along the westerly boundary of said Lot 2 of the Moose Hollow Subdivision
and said easterly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway 233 the following
three (3) courses.
Thence 168.86 feet along the arc of said curve to the right. Said curve to the right having
a central angle of 4° 21' 32", a radius of2219.58 feet and a chord of 168.82 feet which
bears N 14° 05' 19"E;
Thence S 73° 12' 41 "E, 55.14 feet to a point on a curve to the right.
Thence 33.94 feet along the arc of said curve to the right to a point on the curve. Said
éurve to the right having a central angle of 0° 53' 5l", a radius of2166.83 feet and a
chord of33.94 feet which bears N 16° 38' 24"E;
Thence S 73 ° 51' II "E, 141.14 feet to a point on the east boundary line of said Lot 2 of
the Moose Hollow Subdivision.
The following three (3) courses being along the easterly or southerly boundary lines of
said Lot 2 of the Moose Hollow Subdivision;
Thence S 40° 32' 31"W, 48.73 feet;
Thence S 34° 32' 06"W, l75.43 feet;
Thence N 69° 27' 54"W, 1l5.38 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 0.69 acres more or less.
