That MAXWELL A. TOWNSEND and MARY JOY TOWNSEND, husband and wife, of
Maricopa County, State of Arizona, for the purpose of placing this real property in their Revocable
Living Trust as Community Property, as a gift or transfer with no consideration therefor, do hereby
grant, bargain, sell, quit claim and convey unto MAXWELL A. TOWNSEND .and MARY JOY
TOWNSEND, as Co- Trustees of the MAXWELL A. TOWNSEND AND MARY JOY
TOWNSEND REVOCABLE TRUST whose tax mailing address is 15401 West Piccadilly,
Goodyear, Arizona 85338; under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 4th day of April,
2001, all of their right, title and interest in and to the following described real property and premises
situate in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, to wit:
LOT 50, PLAT 17 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH, IN THAYNE,
WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
together with all improvement thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, SUBJECT TO
restric.tive covenants, easements, right -of -way grant and contracts, matured and urn
installments of special assessments, mineral interest previously reserved or conveyed of record, and
leases and rights of parties in possession.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises upon the trust and for the uses and
purposes herein and in said trust agreement set forth.
Grantors do hereby warrant title against all parties whomsoever or whatsoever.

In no case shall any party dealing with said Co- Trustees relation to said premises, or to
whom said premises or any part thereof shall be conveyed, contracted to be sold, leased or mortgaged
by said Co- Trustees be obliged to see to the application of any purchase money, rent or money
borrowed or advanced on said premises, or to be obliged to see that the terms of the hereinbefore
reference trust agreement have been complied with or to be obliged to inquire into the necessity or
expediency of any act of said Co- Trustees, or be obliged or privileged to inquire into the terms of
said trust agreement.
