in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
LOWER VALLEY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, c/o 120
Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the
following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 51, Plat 18, Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, as described on the official plat
thereof filed in the land records of Lincoln county, Wyoming.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

I, STACEY WOHRMAN, hereby waive and release all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
