That the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 22,2002 in Book 497 PR at Page 412 as Instrument No. 883419, a copy of which is attached hereto, failed to include the information that is required by Wyoming Statutes § 34-2-122 to define properly our Trust and therefore, it failed to vest the title to the property described therein in our Trust. 2. That the title to the lands described in the attached Warranty Deed were intended and are now intended to be vested in A. VerDean Jensen and Vema R. Jensen, Trustees of the A. VerDean and Vema R. Jensen Family Trust dated July 18,2002. 3. That we execute this Notice of Trust both as Settlors of, and as Trustees of, the A. VerDean and Vema R. Jensen Family Trust dated July 18,2002.
