and MARY LOU TITENSOR JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Jensen Family Trust dated
September 28, 1988, 616 Kolab Circle, Springville, Utah 84663, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto A.
VERDEAN JENSEN and VERNA R. JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Jensen Family Trust dated
July 18, 2002, 110 East Twin Cliffs, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their successors
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as they
may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
See the legal description attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

described as follows:
A portion of the Property recorded with the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 404PR, on Page
704 with the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, of Section 1, Township 32 North,
Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set marking a point in the South line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, said point being 172.21 feet, North 89°44'30" East, along
said South line from the Cotton Gin Spike set marking the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 2002
location for the Southwest Corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence North 0°38'23" East 441.81 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set;
