KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
R. ELAINE HEINTZE, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM Q. HEINTZE TRUST,
DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1986, (herein referred to as "Assignor"), whose address is 119 Paisley
Place, Hainesport, NJ 08036-2787, for and in consideration of the sum of ten and No/lOO
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, sell, assign, transfer, set
over and convey to R. ELAINE HEINTZE, whose address is 119 Paisley Place, Hainesport, NJ
08036-2787 (hereinafter referred to as "Assignee") an overriding royalty interest, which is
specifically stated in Exhibit A, in all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances which may be
produced, saved and sold from the lands and leases also described on Exhibit A attached hereto,
in so far as said lease covers the following described land situated in Sublette and Lincoln
Counties, Wyoming. The previous Assignment of Overriding Royalty Interests to the William
Q. Heintze Trust, dated February 13, 1986 is recorded in Book 1020 & G, Page 697 in Sublette
County Clerk's office and Book 377PR, Page 788 in Lincoln County Clerk's office in
Kemmerer, Wyoming.
The provisions of this Assignment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of all the
heirs, successors, beneficiaries, representatives and assigns of the Assignor and Assignee.
