In accordance with Statutes W.S. 34-12-106 through W.S.
34-12-110, I the undersigned, W. Meeks Wirthlin, whose
address is 560 So. 300 E. Salt Lake City, UT 84111-3570,
herby give notice and desire to vacate the W. Meeks
Wirthlin Family Exempt Subdivision, and all the Lots
thereof, as shown on the Plat recorded with Document No.
897410, on Map No. 234-A, with the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being duly sworn on oath according
to law do hereby makes the following statement of facts and
Affirm:
AFFIDAVIT OF VACATION
State of Utah
County of Salt Lake SS. . .
That I am the sole owner, proprietor and developer of said
Subdivision, and all the Lots, Common Areas, Right-of-Ways,
and Utilities Easements thereof, being the real property,
as referred to in the Deed, recorded with Document No.
895634, in Book 542PR, on Page 786, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Sl/2 of
Section 4, T33N, Rl18W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
That none of the lots have been sold or made subject to any
additional easements, or other written Instruments that
would affect ownership.
That all of the land within the Subdivision has been and
continue to be used only for Agricultural purposes, with
the exception of 0.79± Acres of land lying within the
bounds of the Bedford - Turnerville County Road 12-123
Right-of-Way.
That as the result of said Vacation, there will be no
change to said Bedford - Turnerville County Road 12-123
Right-of-Way.
That as a result of said Vacation the Non-Exclusive
Driveway and Utilities Right-of-Way Easements shall be
Renounced.
That after Vacation, the said land shall revert back to
being a single Agricultural Parcel, Encompassing 126.42±
Acres of land.
That in accordance with Section 34-12-106 of the Wyoming
Statutes 2001, as amended we hereby respectfully request
the Clerk to Vacate the W. Meeks Wirthlin Family Exempt
Subdivision.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of teState of Wyoming are hereby released.
