KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 26,
2007, and executed by Jody M. Gardner and Gina L. Clark~Gardner, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$355,000.00 mortgage was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio
Registered Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 27th day of June, 2007, in Book #
663 of Mortgages, at Page # 651 as document number # 930727 and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
M rtgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of
