Community First National Bank , a corporation,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 5th Day of November , 2003
made and executed by Burg Enterprises, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company aka Burg
Enterprise, LLC , as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$ 96,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of
November 2003, as Document No. 895360 in Book 541 of Mortgages,
at page 888 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
