Nate, a/kIa Orson Nate, and after being duly sworn and placed on her oath states in accord with Wyoming Statutes Ann. 2007, Section 2-1-201 (a)(i) through (iv), as follows: 1. That the value of the entire estate of Orson A. Nate, a/k/a Orson Nate, wherever located, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00). 2. That the deceased, Orson A. Nate, a/kIa Orson Nate, died at the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital in Montpelier, Idaho on the 24th day of November, 2007, thus 30 <Jays have elapsed since the death of the decedent. 3. No application for appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 4. The claiming distribute, Alva N. Nate, a!k/a Alva D. Nate is entitled to payment or delivery of the property of the decedent, Orson A. Nate, a/kIa Orson Nate, for , Alva N. Nate, a/kIa Alva D. Nate, was the wife of the deceased, Orson A. Nate, a/kIa Orson Nate, at the time of his death, and there are no other distributees of the decedent having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings. 5.
