PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 15,
2006, made and executed by Paul M. Scherbel and Sarah R. Scherbel, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$134,000.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of June 2006, in bookU
623 PR of Mortgages, at Page# 37 as document # 919263 and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
'Lot 25 of Rockbridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat NO. 360-D filed on July 14, 2005 as Instrument No. 909983 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk'.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ¿ day of
