Rondo H. Erickson, Grantor, whose address is 329 W. 800 N., Clearfield, Utah, 84015,
for and in consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims, without
any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor's or Grantor's
successors or assigns, to Erickson Family Trust, dated November 27, 1993,( Rondo H.
Erickson and Mary Carol Ward, Trustees) Grantees, all of the Grantors' right, title and
interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Recorded with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming
Located in a portion of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 33,
T35N, R119W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject, however to all existing interests, included but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
