RONDO H. ERICKSON and MARY CAROL WARD ERICKSON, husband and
wife, Grantor, of329 W. 800 N. Clearfield, Utah 84015, for and in consideration often ($10.00)
Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO: ERICKSON FAMILY TRUST, dated November 27,
1983, (Rondo H. Erickson and Mary Carol Ward, Trustees), Grantee, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 1031 feet South of the Northwest Comer of Lot One (1),
Section Thirty-three (33), Township Thirty-five (35) North, Range 119 West of
the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 330 feet, thence South 124 feet,
thence West 330 feet, thence North 124 feet to the Point of Beginning, together
with all water and ditch rights; an area of 0.9 acres, more or less.
