Know all persons by these presents that Lucinda L. Leeper, a single woman as her sole and
separate property, of PO Box 2123, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does here Convey and Warrant to Lucinda L. Leeper, Trustee
of the Lucinda L. Leeper Revocable Trust dated February 12, 2008, and any amendments
thereto, of PO Box 2123, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", all of ,
Grantor's interests in and to the following described real estate with is located in the County of
i~y, State of Wyoming, and is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 6 Trail Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed
April 3, 2002 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 196F.
Together with and including all improvements and appurtenances thereon subject to and
reservations contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use.
Furthermore, Grantor hereby waives and releases any and all rights that may have in the
aforementioned real property by virtue of, or arising under, the homestead laws of the State of
Wyoming.
