in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released
and forever quitclaimed unto THE KELLY A. and CELIA A JOHNSON FAMILY TRUST,
Dated December 4,2007, grantees, their heirs assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in
or to all the following described property, to-wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

GRANTORS, of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby

acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: KELLY A. JOHNSON and CELIA A.
JOHNSON, Husband and Wife, of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, GRANTEES,
(mailing address: P. O. Box 113, Smoot, Wyoming 83126), as Tenants by the Entireties,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State, to-wit:
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWiSEi),
Section 5, West one-half of the Northeast Quarter (WiNEi)
(excepting from the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (SWiNE!), a parcel of land described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is N67°27'W, 1300 feet from the
Southeast Corner of said swi NEi, and running thence
N4°0'W, 90 feet; thence S86°0'W, 72 feet; thence S4°0'W,
90.00 feet; thence N86°0'E, 72 feet to the point of beginning);
and Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE i NW i,
Section 8, all in Township 30 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming. .
Including and together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments, appurtenances and improvements thereon or
thereunto belonging, and any rights of Grantor to minerals
thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, easements
and other similar encumbrances of sight or record.
